Since the days when the ports of the Lancashire coast bustled with imported spices from around the world, Lancashire’s food heritage has long been associated with spicy condiments. No wonder then that Lancashire Sauce made from a secret recipe is revered throughout the county. Here we’ve sprinkled it gently by hand onto our crisps just after cooking to give a gentle spicy kick.
